Delivery:

In-stock Items

In stock items are items we have in stock and are ready to dispatch. Once you have placed your order we endeavour to package your order and dispatch it within 24 hours. We do ask you to allow up to 2 working days for handling your item/s, however, on most occasions your order will usually be posted on the same or next working day as the order is made. The delivery time is then down to the postal method you select.

Pre-order Items

Pre-order products are items which we have available but are not in stock. Delivery time is estimated between 1 to 4 weeks within Australia. We try and make sure pre-order products are delivered to you asap. In some instances, items may take longer than the 1 to 4 weeks estimated turnaround time. The 1 to 4 weeks delivery time frame is meant as a guideline only and is not a guarantee. Although we do our best to deliver pre-order items within 1 to 4 weeks, due to matters beyond our control or periods of low demand, they may on occasion take longer. If you need your order by a particular date, please feel free to contact us via email or phone to find out the status of your order, as we are not always able to contact all customers regarding delays. If you do need your order by a particular date, please include the date required by in the order comments during checkout and we will do our best to get it to you in time. If you are not within the Australia Post Guaranteed 24 Hour Express Post Network and for international customers, delivery may take longer in which case your order may not necessarily be received within 1-4 weeks. In some rare instances, the supplier may sell out of the item before we can order it. If this happens we will contact you and offer you a refund or you may exchange it for another item or a store credit.

Combined In-stock and Pre-order Items

If you combine pre-order products with our usual in-stock items in your order, then your order will not be sent out until we have all of the items in stock. We recommend if you want to order both in-stock and pre-order items, put through two separate orders if you want to receive the in-stock products quickly.

International Postage

We do offer international shipping.

In the shopping cart, please click on 'estimate shipping' to find out how much will be charged to ship your order to your international location. In the checkout you will be able to select the postal method of your choice. WRAP Plus Sized Clothing is not responsible for any fees or taxes associated with clearance into foreign countries. In some instances the postage calculator may not calculate the postal rate correctly. This is very rare but if this does happen then we may contact you to request any outstanding balance. Please note that for pre-order items, you need to allow an extra 1-4 weeks delivery time onto the estimate in the shopping cart.

Australian Customers
We have three payment options, PayPal, Phone Payment By Credit/Debit Card and Direct Bank Deposit.

International Customers
We currently offer PayPal for international orders as it is the quickest and easiest way to order from an international location. Alternatively you can make Phone Payment By Credit Card as per the above instructions. We do not offer Direct Bank Deposit for international orders.

Please Note: If shopping in a currency other than Australian Dollars, then please note that the prices that will be displayed may not be the exact price due to currency fluctuations. Therefore the amount may differ when you complete the payment via your chosen payment method.

Returns:

We want you to feel completely comfortable with ordering from Work Rest And Play Plus Sized Clothing and we aim for every single one of our customers to be 100% satisfied with their shopping experience.

We have a 100% No Questions Asked Returns Policy if you don’t want to keep a product that you’ve purchased.

We do our very best to make it easy for you to return anything that is not right for you for any reason. We want every person who orders through us to be delighted with what they have purchased so if you are not happy with what you have received for any reason, then we are more than happy to replace it for you for something that is perfect for you, or issue you a store credit.

Please note: We are always happy to EXCHANGE an item for you if what you have ordered is not perfect. If an exchange is not possible, we will issue you with a STORE CREDIT which will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue. We DO NOT offer refunds as part of our 100% No Questions Asked Returns Policy. If you think you may want a refund instead of an exchange or store credit, please contact us prior to purchasing, and we will discuss this with you.

All returned items must be returned with any original tags still attached, unworn, unwashed, folded and in the exact condition it was delivered to you. Items will not be accepted if they smell of perfume or other odours, and please make sure the item is not returned with pet hair on it. Any failure to return the good/s in this required condition will result in the item/s being sent back at the customers expense and the returns policy may be void.

If you wish to return an item we require the following:
    1) Complete the online Return Request Authorization form within 3 days of receiving your order.
    2) Complete the Returns Docket that was included in with your order.
    3) Post the item/s back to us in the required condition with the Returns Docket within 7 days of receiving your order.

Failure to complete the above steps may delay or void your return request.

Condition of Returns: All returned items must be returned with any original tags still attached, unworn, unwashed, folded and in the exact condition it was delivered to you. Items will not be accepted if they smell of perfume or other odours, and please make sure the item is not returned with pet hair on it. Any failure to return the good/s in this required condition will result in the item/s being sent back at the customers expense and the returns policy will be void.

Non Returnable Items: Opened packets of hosiery, some lingerie, and underpants are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons. Corsets can only be returned if the G-string has not been tried on. Swimwear can only be returned if the Hygiene Strip has not been removed, and must be tried on over clean underwear. If you have an issue with any of these items, please email us about it prior to returning.

Return Postage Costs: All postage costs associated with exchanged items are at the purchaser’s expense, unless otherwise approved prior to exchange. Please email us at [email protected] if you have any queries about this prior to returning the item/s. If you have received free postage on an order, and you send it back for a store credit, the original cost of postage may be taken out of the store credit, but you will receive free postage on your next order as long as your order totals above $100.

Exchanges: In the event that we do not have your preferred exchange item/s available, you may choose any replacement item/s. The customer is responsible for paying the difference if the item/s chosen is of a higher value. If the exchange is a lower value, we will issue a store credit for the difference. We may contact you for the cost of postage/difference in price to send your replacement item out to you.

Store Credits: If there is currently nothing else that you would like to exchange an item for, we will issue you with a store credit which is valid for 12 months from date of issue, and will email you details once the credit has been issued.

Refunds: Refunds will only be offered in circumstances where the item is proven to be incorrectly described, or is deemed by us to have a major fault. Perception of variation of colour from the images provided are not deemed as a reason for the product being inaccurately described as colours may vary depending on studio lighting and based on your monitor settings. Although we try and size all of our clothing as accurately as possible, there may occasionally be some inconsistency in sizing and does not mean that a product is inaccurately described and is therefore not a valid reason for a refund. Your item may be repaired replaced or refunded if it is deemed to have a minor manufacturers fault. Once the item has been returned, it will be assessed and any refunds will be issued by the original payment method if a refund is warranted, within approximately 14 days. If the item is not deemed to be genuinely faulty, a store credit will be issued or your item may be returned to you.

Once your returned item/s has been received we endeavour to process your return request within approximately 3-10 days of receipt. We ask for your patience once sending back an item. We will process your return as soon as possible.
